These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Carter Edge website, platform, courses, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site.



1. Eligibility and Use of Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

The materials contained on this Site are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.


2. License and Restrictions

The Carter Edge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its materials for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

Under this license, you may not:

  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls.

This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms and may be terminated by The Carter Edge at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of the Site and destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently revoke access to The Carter Edge if we suspect or determine that an account has been shared, misused, resold, duplicated, scraped, recorded, distributed, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms.

In the event of suspension or termination for violation of this section:

  • Access may be revoked immediately and without prior notice;
  • No refunds, credits, partial refunds, or prorated reimbursements will be issued;
  • Any remaining subscription term or lifetime access will be forfeited.

We further reserve the right to pursue any additional remedies available at law or in equity for unauthorized use of our intellectual property.


3. Educational Purpose Only

The content provided through The Carter Edge is for educational purposes only. Participation in any course, review, or program does not guarantee examination performance, licensure, certification, or professional outcomes. Individual results may vary.


4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”

The Carter Edge makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability,
  • Fitness for a particular purpose,
  • Non-infringement,
  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content,
  • That the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Site is free of viruses or harmful components.


5. Service Availability; No Liability for Outages

The Carter Edge does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Site.

The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance,
  • System updates,
  • Technical failures,
  • Hosting or third-party service provider issues,
  • Internet service disruptions,

You acknowledge and agree that temporary interruptions may occur and that The Carter Edge shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from service outages or interruptions.


6. Payments, Refunds, and Credits

All purchases are final unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

The Carter Edge does not provide refunds, credits, partial refunds, or subscription extensions due to:

  • Temporary service interruptions or outages,
  • Inability to access the Site due to user device, browser, or internet issues,
  • Failure to complete a course within a subscription period,
  • Dissatisfaction after access has been granted.

By purchasing access, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Carter Edge, its owners, instructors, affiliates, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data,
  • Loss of profits,
  • Business interruption,
  • Examination failure,
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,

arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to The Carter Edge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


8. Revisions and Accuracy of Information

The materials on the Site may include technical, typographical, or content errors. The Carter Edge does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current.

We may modify, update, or remove content at any time without notice. We are not obligated to update materials.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claim arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Georgia.​
